Returns

Due to the sterile and sensitive nature of our products, we only accept returns under limited conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, as this may compromise sterility and safety.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund, depending on availability and your preference

Replacement decisions are made after verification and inspection.

Do not send products back without receiving return authorization from our support team.

Shipping for Returns
