Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
United Labs reserves the right to delay processing due to order verification, inventory checks, or regulatory requirements.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3β7 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, United Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and shipping method.
- Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors caused by United Labs.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status through the carrierβs tracking system.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and product (if applicable)
United Labs will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal by the recipient
- Failure to collect the package
may be subject to reshipping fees. Refunds, if issued, will exclude shipping charges.
Product Handling & Responsibility
Due to the sterile and sensitive nature of our products:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage immediately upon delivery
- United Labs is not responsible for product degradation due to improper handling after delivery
